8-year-old writer Safalta Parajuli’s book Success Story Part 1 has been released.

The launch program of the story collection Success Story Part One by 8-year-old student Safalta Parajuli, studying in class 3, at the Advance Academy in Bode, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality has been completed. The program, chaired by the principal of the academy, Somakrishna Prajapati, was attended by Ramesh Thapa Shrestha, ward chairman of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality Ward No. 8, special guest Sanukaji Rajbahak, ward chairman of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality Ward No. 9, special guest Keshav Prasad Parajuli, managing director of Bhundipuran Publications, trainer and motivational speaker Rajendra Neupane, the author’s father, IT entrepreneur Drona Parajuli, and the author’s mother, designer Khushi Parajuli. The book launch was held in the presence of more than 500 students from playgroup to class 10 in the school. The media support and collaboration of the program was provided by Madhyapur Diary.com, Project Khabar.com, Dainik Samaj.com, and Nayashira.com.
While giving a welcome speech at the program, Advanced Academy Coordinator Dipendra Baral said that the contribution and creation of this level by writers at a young age is a source of inspiration for everyone. Motivational speaker Rajendra Neupane mentioned the development of a country that prioritizes study and writing and expressed the view that now Nepal has the opportunity to become a diamond between two stones. Keshav Prasad Parajuli, director of Bhundipuran Prakashan, who is also a publisher, said that the publishing service has expanded in the country and abroad by publishing thousands of books in its 36-year long publishing journey and urged interested writers to prepare their works.
Ward No. 9 Chairman Sanukaji Rajbahak emphasized that the ward municipality and all parents should be proud of the success achieved by Safalta Parajuli and should support and cooperate with it. Similarly, speaking from the chair of the chief guest, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality, Ward No. 8 Chairman Ramesh Thapa Shrestha gave the example of The Diary of a Young Girl written by Annie Frank and expressed his best wishes that Safalta Parajuli can achieve that place and success. At the program, the author’s father Drona Parajuli expressed his belief that if students can transform their interests into creative fields, all students can conduct their projects like Safalta Parajuli, while the author’s mother Khushi Parajuli emphasized that all parents should be inspired towards creativity as children present their experiences and feelings in a creative way and create works. Author Safalta Parajuli expressed the idea that Success Story Part 1 is her first work and that she will continue to prepare new stories every year and continue to write and create them so that the reader can learn more special skills. Principal Somakrishna Prajapati declared the program a success by thanking all the guests and students who participated in the program. The publisher informed that the book is available in the school library and all outlets of Bhundipuran Publications at a price of Rs. 190. Probably Safalta Parajuli might have been the youngest author in Nepal.
